Cancellation and refund policy

The following items are non-refundable.

  • Deposit of €150 for Certificate Courses guaranteeing a place 

  • Online DVAI On line Level 1Theory Coupon fee €95 (once online access is activated).

If for any reason you are forced to cancel your course after paying the full amount*, the following refund structure will apply:

  • 6 weeks before course date: 100% refund less any deposit or online coupon fee paid

  • 4 weeks before course date: 50% refund less any deposit paid

  • 1 week before course date: No refund

* Balance to be paid in full six weeks before course date. This constitutes the course guarantee date.

In the event a course is cancelled due to Covid-19, your place on the course will be moved to the next available course, if rescheduling is not possible. In the event you wish to cancel due to contracting Covid-19, refunds may only be issued on production of a positive test certificate (less deposit).

In the event that any Practical Course is cancelled by the Organiser or the Instructor the Registration fee and the Practical Course fee will be transferred to another Practical Course. If a suitable Practical Course cannot be offered within 12 months a full refund of the Practical Course fee will be made.

Participants may change their Practical Course location or defer without penalty as long as notification of such deferral or change is given before the course guarantee date*. Any difference in Practical Course fees in the new location must be paid by the participant.

Participants who change their Practical Course location or defer courses after the guarantee date* will be charged an administrative fee of €250.

If registration in a Practical Course is withdrawn or cancelled by the student after the guarantee date* and not transferred to another class, no refund will be made.

Participants in Dr Vodder Courses should complete the Certificate in which they are enrolled within 2 years of commencing. After two years the most recent Level must be repeated before progressing.

* Unless otherwise stated, the guarantee date is six weeks before course date.
